The number of sessions depends on the client’s progress, regular attendance, and cooperation in completing home assignments.

Confidentiality

Sessions are strictly confidential. Any notes taken by the therapist during therapy will be kept secure and private.

Advantages

Therapy helps increase self-awareness. We understand that therapy can be challenging, especially for those not comfortable opening up. It is normal to experience discomfort or frustration during the process, which will reduce over time. Progress depends on the strength of the therapeutic relationship, consistent session attendance, and the client’s willingness to complete home assignments. Clients may experience emotional or physical discomfort during or after sessions. This is a normal part of the healing process. Success in therapy depends on the joint efforts of both the therapist and the client.
