Patients who cancel at least 12 hours<\/strong> before the scheduled appointment will be eligible for a 50% refund<\/strong>.<\/p>\n \t

Cancellations made less than 12 hours<\/strong> before the appointment will not be eligible<\/strong> for a refund.<\/p>\n \t

If the consultant cancels a session, the patient will receive a full refund<\/strong> or the appointment can be rescheduled<\/strong> to a mutually convenient time.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

If a patient is late, the session will continue only for the remaining time<\/strong>. Consultants may adjust the session only if they are available and agree to it. Progress depends on the strength of the therapeutic relationship, consistent session attendance<\/strong>, and the client\u2019s willingness to complete home assignments<\/strong>. Clients may experience emotional or physical discomfort during or after sessions. This is a normal part of the healing process<\/strong>.
