Cancellation, No Show, and Refund Policy
Cancellation Policy
Patients who cancel at least 12 hours before the scheduled appointment will be eligible for a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the appointment will not be eligible for a refund.
If the consultant cancels a session, the patient will receive a full refund or the appointment can be rescheduled to a mutually convenient time.
Late Arrival
If a patient is late, the session will continue only for the remaining time. Consultants may adjust the session only if they are available and agree to it. Otherwise, the session will be for the balance time only, and full payment is applicable.
Rescheduling
Each appointment can only be rescheduled once. Further rescheduling will result in cancellation.
No Show Policy
An appointment is considered a no-show if the patient does not join the session link (for online sessions) within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time. No refunds will be given in this case.
Payment Policy
All sessions are strictly pre-paid. An appointment is confirmed only after the payment has been completed in advance.
